 Step 1: Quick App


With our technology platform making it easy for all parties to collaborate in real time, we are able to close loans in 14 days or less. After closing your loan we will send you payment reminders and easy access to request draws in doing a rehab/construction loan. 

Step 2: Full App


You will receive an email with a link to sign the LOI or Term Sheet and a link to complete the full application. Everything you entered on the quick app will populate and if you are a repeat borrower all your personal data will pre-populate. 
On submission of the full application, the system will ask you to upload required docs needed to process your loan. 

Step 3: Processing/ Underwriting

After we review your uploaded docs & start the underwriting process, look out for an automated email that will contain your loan status & required doc checklist. The checklist will show the status of each required doc. Make sure you click the link to upload the required docs if and when needed. 

NOTE: Underwriting may sometimes add new items, so always open/read the email notifications &  check your loan status. 

Step 4: Closing
